Minimum Standards for Adventure Challenge Head Instructors:
•  ACA Certified, Sea/Coastal Kayak Instructor.
•  5 years of experience in paddlesports.
•  Maintain a Red Cross Certification in CPR and First Aid.
•  Ability to lead and teach a group of people in a safe, fun, and organized manner (not all certified instructors posses this quality).
